are in Kundalini Yoga, traditional Hatha Raj Yoga, Bhakti, Yin & Restorative Yoga, Yoga for the New Earth, Yoga Nidra, Gong and healing practices.

There is opportunity to grow and adapt your practice within this supportive framework on a daily basis.

Our Classes


How to prepare for class

Some classes include mantra, meditation and breathing exercises.  You do not have to be intimidated by these, but approach them as you would any other cultural experience.  We often honor the traditions and you may find something you enjoy in there!

  • Please arrive at least 5 - 10 minutes prior to class start time to sign in & set up.


  • Please turn off cell phones and consider limiting or removing Apple Watches.


  • Inform your instructor of any injuries or conditions that may affect your practice.


  • Allow your clothing to give you freedom of movement.


  • Come on an empty stomach (at least 1-4 hours prior to class depending on last meal).


  • Hydrate before & after class. Even classes with gentle movement!


  • Take time before & after class for your own quiet reflection & contemplation.


  • Respect your own physical boundaries & how you engage your body.


  • Be mindful of others sharing in this space & practice.

  • Please treat this Yoga home as you would your own.

  • Anything you use, please treat with care and return in an organized fashion.
